Privacy Policy

Short version: Resculy collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no ads. Your circle and settings live only on your device. When you share your live location, it passes through an ephemeral relay and is never stored anywhere.

Resculy ("the app") is developed by Marija Gvozdenovic ("ROIDS software", "we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. Questions: support@roids.software.

1. What we collect

Nothing. Resculy has no account system and makes no analytics or tracking calls of any kind. Your trusted circle, settings, and any stored location data live exclusively on your device in the app's private storage. We never see it.

2. Live location relay

When you use the Watch Me or Panic live-share feature, your device streams your GPS coordinates to a relay server at safe.wimzipal.com. This relay:

Holds location data in memory only — it is never written to disk or a database.
Forwards coordinates to whoever opened your private watcher link, in real time.
Automatically discards all data when you stop sharing, or after 90 minutes of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Keeps no logs of sessions, coordinates, names, or IP addresses.

The relay is single-purpose and stateless by design. A server restart clears all active sessions.

3. Contacts

Resculy can read your contacts to help you add people to your trusted circle. Contact data is used only within the app on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

4. Location

Resculy requests "Always On" location permission so it can attach your location to alerts sent while the app is in the background. Your location is only used when you actively trigger a Watch Me, Panic, or live-share. It is never collected in the background passively.

5. Notifications

Resculy uses local notifications only (e.g., Watch Me check-in reminders). No push notification service is used; no device token is ever sent to a server.

6. Third-party services

The app uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or crash reporters.

7. Children

The app is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because we collect no data, there is nothing to delete on our end. To erase everything on your device, delete the app. Your trusted circle and settings are removed immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how the app handles data, we will update this page and bump the effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
